Wendy's used to tout "Fresh, never frozen." Not sure about that. --->Burgers were ready b4 I even paid for the meal. Tiny burger was barely warm. The itty bitty patties were so dark & dry. Come to find out, they pre-made the burgers, any additions, they just opened them up and added the extra ingredients and reassembled that old sandwich. ---> Nuggets - old and cold. Been sitting in a container next to the fries for God knows how long. --->Fries, lukewarm at best and chewy. I asked if we could have fresh fries and with a sigh, she obliged. Staff were busy talking amongst each other. Frosty - good. Barely ate half of our meals b4 we just threw them away. We did not have a good experience. We left and journeyed elsewhere and got something else. Won't be back and will let others know.😒
