Took 17 minutes for chicken tenders to be ready for which the manager grabbed food with no gloves. They also kept a cheese burger waiting on a counter until the tenders were ready. Manager is nasty and rude and must go. She was the one grabbing food with no gloves on and handing the food to customers.

Manager today Sat Oct 4 2025 have very poor attitude. The place is so dirty with lot of dirty stuff on the floor. Wait long for staff training. And they told me wrong dipping sauce and aka me to select new one twice and that lady supervisor or manager long hair wear red polo yelling from the other side “I am telling you this is sauce we have we attitude” not sure why Wendy don’t train people for customers service and if this is the lead of the team. There is no way they can improve.
