When my order was wrong and I politely pointed it out, the manager was even worse—dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care at all. The staff stood around talking instead of helping, and the place felt disorganized and poorly run. This location is a mess from top to bottom. If this is the kind of behavior management allows, it explains a lot. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.
