  1:10 pm I didn’t get a chance to order. I walked in and stood by the register to order I only had cash. Multiple workers walked passed me and not one acknowledged me. I ask the lady in front of me who proceed to grab receipts by the register can I order still ignored me. Manager came to talk to the worker and it’s a line by this point and no one acknowledged any of the customers. So I walked out . Do better

  I should have heeded the warning to check your order before leaving. I asked for unsweet tea three times and was still given sweet tea. I was able to correct that before leaving, but I didn't check the sandwich. Paid for an Asiago chicken club, received a regular chicken sandwich. No bacon, no ranch. They were not busy at the time.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The employees were extremely rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. No greeting, no manners, just attitude. When my order was wrong and I politely pointed it out, the manager was even worse—dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care at all. The staff stood around talking instead of helping, and the place felt disorganized and poorly run. This location is a mess from top to bottom. If this is the kind of behavior management allows, it explains a lot. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

  I came to get some food, order through drive through, when I got home to my surprise the main part of the meal was missing I just got fries, no receipt nothing. Poor service

  Each time I come the window workers are so nice. Always smiling. Drive through goes nicely. Food is good. I've only had them forget my pecans for my apple pecan salad 😄 but I was already returned to work before noticing.
