  Tried to order drive thru breakfast on the app and the breakfast menu wouldn't pop up so I just ordered whatever I saw on the app. As I come up to the drive thru window I hear the employees in the back loudly bitching and complaining about making my order in the background. The restaurant was empty and I was the only person in the drive thru and restaurant at the time but they sure had enough time to cry about making food. They easily could have told me they couldn't fulfill the order because it was breakfast and that would have been okay but they were too busy crying about it. Walked in and asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do that because it was already processed so i had to call customer service to get my refund. I also confronted them about all of their loud obnoxious complaints I heard through the drive thru while i was sitting in my car and she said some BS and deflected. Drive thru attendant was nice as usual though, she tried to accommodate but you could really see it was the ones making the food that were the problem. Tried to give me the food but no way in hell was I going to risk it considering.

  Dried out burger, definitely not the Wendy's of old. Burger used to be fresh and juicy, terrible.

  I haven’t been to this Wendy’s in forever but ended up going by after McDonald’s left us high and dry. I didn’t get the lady’s name who was working the drive thru last night, Sunday 12.7 but she was absolutely amazing! Kind service and the food was so fresh! I was listening to “Teach me how to Dougie” because I want to learn how to do the dance (I know it’s simple but this white girl ain’t got no rhythm)and my boyfriend asked her if she would teach me. Although hesitant at first, she quickly did the steps. It made our night! Moral of the story, if I want a quick bite to eat I’ll be going to Wendy’s. McDonald’s is now nothing but a memory. PS this was a very quick interaction and we did not hold up the line. These are the kind of workers you need! They deal with so much so I hope that we at least made her night as much as she made ours. Thank you!
