- GGGraceOct 22, 20251.0Many mornings around 10 am, the lobby has been closed when the dinning area hours are posted to began at 7 am. No I can not access the drive through since I transport by bus. I'm not sure what's going on with this location but they need to get it together. One morning I was allowed to place my order at the drive through window on foot, due to the lobby still being closed at 7am, the next week all of a sudden I wasn't. When I came back for lunch staff was laughing like it was some type of joke. The location is accessible because I work close by and eat there almost daily, but if you can't get lobby hours together, you'll lose business. I've never had such behavior from any other Wendy's location. This is absurd.
