I’ve had my share of ups and downs here the other day I stopped by to get a quick lunch and the female voice that greeted me at the drive-through check my order in the most professional way. When I went to make payment at the window, she made sure to smile repeat my order as well as asked if I needed a drink holder. I repeat I have never had such a pleasant experience at this location her name was Nancy. By the way I really hope the proper person sees this review and to know that you guys made no mistake by adding her to your team. She may be the one to change the reputation for your location.

- JLJ LewJan 22, 20261.0This is the worst Wendy’s in Houston by far!!! Literally the only reason why I have given this place so many chances is because of how close they are to my house. Every experience I’ve had with this Wendy’s has been absolutely terrible. The food is old, cold, disgusting and has a bad smell. I’ve tried this place 3 times and everytime has gotten progressively worse. I get off work sometimes at 6am that’s when they’re supposed to be open. 2 times already they have refused to even take my order and just walk around and pretend they don’t see me even after being open for “20 minutes”. Horrible employees, management, and food stay well away from this place please!
