  Today i ordered a 4 piece tenders and only got 3. The amount of times i leave with less then what i ordered is astounding. Idk how everyone they hire will eat off the customers meal.

  Please don't waste your time stopping here. Do yourself a favor and pass him right on up... the service here is so poor. I've had many run ins but today was the final straw... rather you're ordering online or @ the resturant the food is NEVER hot and/or burnt and cold to where you're spending additional time to wait for fresh food... several occasions where I've had to either call to complain after being too far or turn around for a resolution. Today, I asked the individual @ the window if my wedges were fresh before I departed and his reply was, "Yes, they just came out the fryer you can check them if you want." 🙄 I get out the driveway to the light and not a surprise, COLD AS HELL 😅... I wasn't upset then b/c I should've checked before pulling off. I pulled back up to the window, communication was fine, asked for an estimated time for fresh wedges and was told 4-5 mins. At 7 mins, I'm mad now because it's NO other customers, besides myself, in the drive thru or inside the restaurant, so what's the hold up? I go inside and who I assume the manager initially approached me to apologize and tell me that the fryer was being cleaned and as soon as the grease is dropped he'll cook my wedges... WOW... so now Im hot, not only was I lied to twice, you're now wasting my time as if Im on yours when that could've been discussed from the start of me asking what my wait time was... go ahead and run me back my refund..totally ridiculous, unprofessional and downright poor service... Do I care to go here?.. NO! But Wendy's is not on every corner/block and it's the closest... my drive to get here isn't a hop away either so it adds to the frustration... definitely won't be returning. SAD location..get it together. The ONLY good thing I can say about this location is the restaurant is always very clean, inside and out 🤷🏾‍♀️ guess you got to make up for something 👎🏾

  Today I visited the store for there new bacon burrito and the tortilla was very old and hard they did not put any bacon the cheese sauce was clumpy this was horrible breakfast for me
