  When I pulled up to this location there was no one in line so I'm thinking this would be a quick trip. I ordered my food was told to park they would bring the food out. 8 minutes go by and we still haven't gotten our food I go inside to see what's the hold up and the workers are sitting there talking. When I asked about my food she said they were still working on it. I was okay with waiting but when she finally gave me my food there was hair on it. All in the bag and outside. The worker could care less. I was livid at this point. They never gave me my receipt and thought nothing of it. Overall will not go back here. Customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this location.

  It is currently 5:58 as I type this. They told me it’s only drive thru only. I just walked gere to eat. This is very upsetting and unnecessary. I don’t know if there are strict rules or something for this location but this ridiculous. I walked here from my home hoping that o get a good meal. I guess customer service isn’t important at Wendy’s. Obviously it took me a minute to write review but here’s a screenshot

  Do not recommend coming at night. Either there aren’t enough workers or they do not know how to multitask. Waited 20 minutes in line just to place my order. Multiple cars pulled out and left before ordering because of the slow service.

  I visited your Wendy’s location at 1127 W Rankin Rd on 12/20/2025 at approximately 3:16 PM. After receiving my order, I noticed that the fries were cold and the chicken tenders appeared old—they were noticeably darker than usual and the crust had separated from the meat. I politely asked if I could receive fresh tenders. The crew member then asked a coworker to drop more. At that point, an employee named Breydi removed the tenders from the bag and threw them into the fryer basket with her bare hands in an aggressive manner, while already displaying an attitude. I immediately informed her that this was unsanitary, especially since I observed other crew members wearing gloves. Breydi responded that “this is how the food is made,” which was concerning and unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. This experience made me uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about sanitation, food handling practices, and customer service at this location. I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure proper food safety standards and respectful customer service going forward.

  I was a regular at this Wendy’s & I will never return again in my life because I actively watched the diversity become little to non. Since this force of change, there is a comfortability that your employees should not have obtained that results in disrespecting customers in different forms of discrimination. This new decision in hiring is not making this place better it is making it segregated. Your employees are using this change in a negative manner.
