  The food is amazing and authentic. This is a must try. The dumplings were very tasty and so was the Goshnaan. All the servers were very nice and helped especially Zeenat.

  I absolutely love the food at Turan! It’s always fresh, flavorful, and so comforting. I love coming here with my friends and family, it’s such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The servers are always so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every visit feels special. Highly recommend 🤍

  I highly recommend this restaurant! Mohammed was our waiter and he was very nice and attentive. We got the chicken Khorma, beef dumplings, SMALL chicken plate, milk tea, special tea, homemade yogurt and honey cake. We devoured the chicken Korma chop. This is a must try. We will ask for the chicken dumplings next time, but the beef dumplings were flavored. The SMALL chicken plate can feed four people! There were only two of us, so suffice it to say, we had doggie bags. I can't imagine what the big plate looks like. We enjoyed the milk tea. It was different from what I've had before but will definitely get it again. I will ask for sugar for the special tea next time. My sister loved the honey cake and she and I loved the homemade yogurt. It was a great experience with a different culture's food. If you're into that, this is a place to try.

  When I discovered this Uyghur restaurant in Houston area, I was so looking forward to trying it out. Unfortunately the service is so NOT customer oriented, the dining room is BELOW average and the food is nothing special. If you’re like me being a curious foodie, try it once and won’t come back again…😪😲 Honestly I don’t understand how it got high reviews on Google map while the dining experience and the food quality and the service are for sure below 3 stars❓❗️😯😲

  Absolutely amazing experience at Turan Uyghur Kitchen. The food was outstanding from start to finish. I had the lamb dish, beef noodles, dumplings, meat fried naan, and pulao fried rice—everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the authenticity and care in every dish. The lamb was tender, the noodles were rich and comforting, and the dumplings were spot on. Portions were generous and the flavors were unique yet comforting. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different, authentic, and incredibly satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back.
