I payed and then changed my mind and wanted a blueberry bliss instead which is cheaper so I asked her if she could just make mine and I don’t care that the original was more expensive. She said no I can’t I don’t know how. I don’t mean to be rude but all she had to do was add blueberries in my smoothie, there’s nothing she had to know how to do. This was the worst service I’ve had in a long time. It was a very easy fix and there’s only one girl in the entire store, and she doesn’t seem like she wants to be there.

They are either out of components to make your order and don’t notify you, just make it without it. Inconsistent flavors. And then if you go in to have them fix it they will try to charge you for the things that they left out/off of your order… very bad customer service!! Not ever going to this location again!
