When I pointed it out, I asked either for the correct size or a refund for the price difference. The employees refused both options and said, “We can’t do anything about it—it’s the company that changed the pricing and size.” Even another customer spoke up and said they were doing me wrong by not honoring what I paid for. Extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to properly train their employees on basic customer service because it was clearly lacking during my visit.
