  Simon was an amazing Bay Host! Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience a blast. He kept our food and drinks coming and made sure everyone was having a good time. Definitely one of the best at Topgolf!

  HARRASSED BY SECURITY AND COPS: I recently visited Topgolf (11/7/2025) after traveling from out of town to meet my girlfriend for a date. We arrived at Bay 114 around 8:45–9:00 PM and had a pleasant experience overall. The waiter was courteous and attentive, and we enjoyed our time together. However, upon leaving, we sat in my truck in the parking lot to talk and catch up for about 30 minutes. During this time, a roving security vehicle approached and began flashing lights into the cab of my truck. Rather than approaching us professionally, the security officer remained in her vehicle and shouted at us to either go back inside or leave the premises. I attempted to explain that we were paying customers who had already completed our visit and were simply talking before heading out. Despite this, the officer drove off and shortly afterward, police arrived and began questioning me. I reiterated to the officer that I had paid and was not causing any disturbance. However, I was told that Topgolf reserves the right to remove individuals from the property at their discretion. What concerns me most is the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the Allied security personnel representing Topgolf. A simple inquiry into whether we were customers would have clarified the situation. Instead, the interaction felt hostile and unwelcoming. If I had not already paid, I would have left immediately and taken my business elsewhere.

  Called to modify my reservation before the time expired (2hrs before), got the automated, chose 7 on the option to talk to team, rang once, then silence, then 45 secs later can dropped. Very unfortunate because otherwise this is a great place.

  $40 an hour for Sunday is not accurate. The base pay maybe $40 but all the added fees stack on top of it. $6 per unregistered player and whatever else they stack on. Cost nearly $300 play at the end of it all. In the midst of our 2 hour play we were interrupted by staff to in the middle of a shift change to close out our bills. We didn’t have a server take over or if we did, they didn’t come over to refill drinks. I think we saw her 15 mins at the end where she interrupted game play again to ask if we wanted to extend our time. We did and wanted to continue playing but that option was yanked away when she said our bay was reserved. Idk why she would offer extension if we couldn’t actually extend. But again took away from our last 15 mins trying to sort through all of that. All in all we lost about 30 mins of game play just trying to sort things with staff with closing out bills in the middle of the game, at the beginning she wanted to separate bills and couldn’t get it right, and at the end we lost 15 mins trying to extend. They gave us $15 worth of gift cards for our trouble but that assuming I’m coming back. Food came out cold. Non-alcoholic drinks for the kids were delayed because of a “runner”. For my first visit to top golf and the amount of money I spent it was super disappointing. Buyer beware.
