  The Fire Roasted Peach Cobbler French Toast is delicious! Be sure to read the jokes on the wall to the restroom for some good comedic fun!

  Worst experience ever. The short female host with tattoos gave us immediate attitude at the door over our service dog, acted like it was a huge inconvenience despite their big “pup menu” and constant dog friendly promotion. Called management like we were the problem. Rude, hypocritical, and unwelcoming. Never going back. Avoid this place if you have a service animal. Or care about customer service.

  Our waiter took quite a while to bring just two waters, another long while to return and take our orders, and after 40 minutes of being seated and no food, we decided to leave. A busy restaurant is understandable, but seeing the waiter stop to check on other tables and ignore ours was very distasteful. We saw multiple other tables that arrived after us receive their food. The waiter checked on the table behind us (who was already eating) then walked right past us without offering any apology for the long wait or asking if we wanted to order drinks etc. As he passed our table up and my partner asked for an update, the waiter turned around immediately to rebuttal and make excuses for the kitchen being backed up and food taking a long time to cook, and kept saying “it’s coming soon.” Again, a busy morning is expected on a Sunday, but being completely ignored by your waiter without even the smallest apology for the inconvenience, and having them be defensive and annoyed instead was disappointing. We even ordered soup in addition to our entrees and in 40 minutes couldn’t even get a soup to the table. I frequent the Bellaire location and always have a great experience, so I was surprised to not get the same treatment at this location.

  Our server was lovely and polite. The food was generous portions (4 sausage links!) with unique cheesy hash brown casserole and giant pancakes and French toast. It took quite a while for our food to arrive though, and the initial seating process was disorganized. We were led to a table but had to stop halfway in the middle of the restaurant while they figured out where to put us even though there were tons of empty tables. The restrooms were nice and clean but the water had trouble draining down the sink and both towel dispensers were out of order - there was just a roll of brown paper towels for us to rip ourselves. Would be nice to have a stool in the bathroom for kids as well.
