Fun place with delicious food. Perfect for large groups. Open seating indoor and outdoor. Staff are very friendly and fast. I was there for conference at convention center and was a very short walk to The Rustic. Their Burgers and Wraps are FANTASTIC!!

I am a huge fan of what they did with this restaurant. The atmosphere was so much fun. It was a slow afternoon when we went. There was live music, sports on the TVs, and things to do outside as well as inside. The food was good. Happy hour drinks and food taste great and price well. Service was slow considering how many people were there. Some items were forgotten and needed to be reminded a few times before we got it. We had a great time and will definitively return the next time in town.

I have been to Luckenbach Texas and many other small time Texas classic places for country music. The food, music, and ambience is 100% of those who have no idea of the history of Texas, let alone country music. I took my wife here for our wedding anniversary and the food was all for show. I have had better from off the road food trucks and that says a lot for a place that has a whole kitchen and not 1 burner. The service was god awful slow and the drinks were as good as drinking water. Need real country? Go home and make your own drinks and cook your own food. Oh, forgot to mention our tab was $500, we only had 6 cocktails, 3 meals, 1 appetizer, and 3 shots. The price was no where near worth anything we received. Will never return here again.

Visiting from NYC for a medical conference and staying nearby. You can tell an incredible amount of creativity and planning went into this space — it’s huge, beautifully designed, with a copper-top bar, great lighting, and excellent sound.
The beer lineup, though, was a letdown. And those giant goblets? Brutal. Had a couple at the bar and almost ordered food, but the vibe didn’t quite land. I’d come back for a meal — just swap the glassware and pour some proper IPAs.

I gotta say that service is none existent at this restaurant. To start off the wait staff, they could not provide a wait time. We still waited as we had friends joining. Around 50min, I went up to ask and we got sat within few minutes. Our party had a toddler for who we ask for a high chair and they were out of them. We asked to bring one when available. They forgot and had to go ask again. Our drinks took about 20 min and coffee milk had to be requested three times. Our food took us over an hour to get. We had to ask a different server, and an assistant manager to follow up with our waitress on food. And when we got our food, they inform us that the toddler's food was unavailable. The general mentioned the food was taking a while since the fryer was backed up. But we had salads, a burger, eggs and a quesadilla for the toddler (which never came). From all the staff that we communicated with, nobody had a sense of urgency nor desired to rectify. We merely got a remorseled sorry when addressed the fact that the wait was long with a toddler who did not get the food.
Worst experience ever!
