  I had such an amazing experience at The Rustic, and it was all thanks to our incredible waitress Ashley! From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us have a great time. Not only did she know the menu inside and out (her recommendations were spot-on!), but she also anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Drinks were always refilled, special requests were handled with a smile, and she checked in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. What really stood out was her positive attitude and the way she made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and thoughtful. If you’re dining at The Rustic, I hope you’re lucky enough to get her section — she truly sets the standard for 5-star service. We’ll definitely be

  We went here for a a nice dress up kinda fancy meal. Do not come before 6pm. We were at 5:30. Most of the stakes are orderable after 6pm. Oddly stakes and hamburgers, well all entrées come with nothing. No vegetables, no potatoes, nothing. Maybe im not fancy enough. But I wouldn't say this is a fancy place. It did have a nice person doing slow quite covers. He us the only reason I rated it this high. The baby broccoli was supper inedible salty. The burgers were ok but bit staged unattractively. The stake was Maybe 1/4 inch thick and served med when it was asked rare. I think $240 (including tip) is a bit much for what we got. I mean we drove home to Katy and I made a sandwich. I was not in the least full. But...the music was good.

  The food and atmosphere was perfect! We got the Chipotle Salmon burger w/ onion rings 🤤! One of the best burger we have tasted. Service was lacking. As our first time we didn’t see a host, so we walked in and sat down. Later we returned to the host and explained what happen, her facial expression said everything. Annoyance with an eye roll, we just ignored her since she looked young.

  This was my first time to eat at the rustic and I can't wait to come back! The food was crazy delicious!! We started with baked oysters, cactus fries and meatballs!!! What the heck those were so good!! The got the club sandwich with fries!! Man that was delicious!! Our waiter Erwin was super attentive to our needs and was the one who recommended the appetizers!! Thank you Rustic staff for treating us like Royalty!!

  I have visited this rustic location several times with no issues. On Wednesday this week I recommended it for a business dinner. We all had steaks and I had my normal NY Strip steak. I was in shock at the steak served tonight. First I ordered it medium and it was med-well throughout. I would have sent it back but we had already had to wait a minute overall to get our steaks. Additionally, I have never had such a bland tasting steak in my life. The steak literally had zero flavor. It was bad enough I had to ask for salt and pepper to get some flavor. What’s even worse is everyone one at the table had the same comment on the ribeyes and fillets. I was shocked as I never had this experience previously. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to our waitress. She deserves 5. She was great and best apologetic for the wait and experience. Unfortunately I forgot her name. But she made the experience pleasant overall and was friendly, professional and attentive to our table.
