Our first and maybe last experience at The Rustic. Went for Sunday brunch and service was the worst. Server, Erwin, was completely dismissive with me and my party. Any question we had on the menu was just him listing what is literally on the menu, not actually telling us anything about the dish. When a guest in my party couldn’t hear what he was saying he mumbled something under his breath and moved closer to her so she could hear him better. When we got our appetizer he just kinda handed the plate to me and walked away. When our entrees came, he forgot a dish that my friend ordered. This normally would be an easy fixable issue, but we were never checked on so we had to look for him to let him know. By this time we were pretty frustrated but the manager Chad came and helped us out. We got our missing items and the manager checked on us frequently after.
While the food was as a nice southern comfort food, the service from the waitstaff definitely was less than mediocre.

Okay we had friends night out on a Friday right?? I made a reservation on Thursday morning for 10 people at 7:30pm Friday. We are all there on time and for some reason it took over 20 minutes to get seated. Which is fine. Except they sat us at a table for 8 approximately 1 foot from the live music. It took over an hour to get our food, which looked like it was made in a school cafeteria. It’s dry January so without alcohol two people spent about $100. I couldn’t wait to leave so I could actually hear my friends talk!!! Sorry I’m dramatic but man that sucked

Came here for the first time on a date and luckily we were presented with Kimia as our waitress/server. Had a business call to handle in the beginning and she was very patient with us. Once we got to looking at the menu she was very helpful with making decisions on appetizers and entrees. Our food arrived and everything was fresh and delicious, she checked on us throughout the entire time which was very appreciated. Would definitely come back and request Kimia again!

On New Year’s eve, just 5 minutes before 12:00, we made it to Rustic. I was so excited we got to make it just before midnight. There was a nice ambiance, the group was playing and everyone has their champagne flutes. We sat at the bar and ordered our usual froze and our bartender, Dulce, was just taking forever to serve our drink so we had nothing to toast with right at 12, she wasn’t serving anybody else just our 2 drinks that did not need mixture, straight from the machine. I thought it was not a big deal since we barely made it but she could have had a little sense of urgency so we had something to toast with. I asked her how much were the champagne flutes since everyone had one, I had to repeat myself since she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying, I said the prosecco flutes, how much are they? To which she replied, they were given away for free to the people that were here before 12. We weren’t there at 11:00 nor 11:30 but for sure before 12:00 but I didn’t want to argue, she knew, she so us but she didn’t care. Keep in mind these people work for tips, she could’ve offered us some but of course she didn’t, this reminded me of why we had stopped coming to this Rustic, because of their terrible customer service. I get it if it would have been another day but New Year’s, it’s supposed to be special. I had actually stopped going to this rustic weekly because this long hair waiter/bar tender, would not clean the bar after customers leave and will just start serving others on that same area and to me cleanliness is very important.

My wife, brother, and I visited the Rustic Restaurant to celebrate Christmas early since my brother was scheduled to work night shifts at the hospital all Christmas week. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed, and the overall experience was wonderful. The food was delicious, and my brother couldn’t stop talking about how much he loved the mac and cheese. I really enjoyed the choclate martini, while my wife was happy with everything she ordered. I was hoping to get the triple pork chop but didn’t realize it was only offered after 6pm. Our server Kayla was fantastic and truly made us feel like she cared about our dinning experience . Thanks to her, our early Christmas dinner felt extra special.
