- GRGoogle reviewerOct 22, 20254.0This restaurant is very clean and trendy looking with a quick friendly counter service where you can build your own pho noodle bowl or pick from their preset menu. They also have vermicelli bowls and some canned drinks options as well as vietnamese coffee for sale. You order at the counter and they will bring your food to your table for you, I don't see any fountain drink machines so all beverages are canned or in a prepped to go container for sale at the end of the line. There is also a cart of utensils, napkins and sauces for you to use. Also very clean. I tried their pork vermicelli bowl and first impression was the fish sauce was more flavorful than other places and the ingredients are fresh. The pork was cut up into very small pieces which could be a plus for some customers but I prefer more medium to larger pieces, and they were very oily. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, I would love if they had cucumbers in it like traditional vermicelli bowls would, and the noodles for some reason was also cut up very tiny. Again, could be a plus for some customers but I prefer to slurp my noodles and prefer them un cut up. It also came with a side of chicken or pho broth on the side but it was very salty for my personal taste. I would compare it to the fish sauce that was used to season the vermicelli bowl. The environment was very clean and chill, you can see outside the yards and see people walking about and the AC felt nice during the heat. Service was good and the amount of food was worth it for the price. Would I come back again? Probably not but if I'm around the area and craving some noodles and quick service I'd stop by.
