Logan was our bartender and server on Sunday night when we had tickets to a big comedy show. It was helpful and insightful on the menu and drinks. Great time for the wife and I. Thanks Logan!

The atmosphere could have been great, just like the food, however the grumpy older gentleman in the front who was just walking around ruined the entire experience for us. We had a party of 20, confirmed via email and phone call, and they NEVER said we would be split up into two tables… far away from eachother. We wouldn’t even have been able to see eachother. They emailed us a few days ago asking if we wanted a private room, we said no without knowing that meant we would be separated. If they made that clear, we would have done the private room. After asking if they could combine two tables that were right next to eachother, the older guy said “absolutely not will we accommodate them!” and was following to poor server around harassing him because they ended up letting us sit close to eachother, however not at the same table. Then the middle aged man in glasses who was the “event manager” was just as rude. didn’t even apologize for their mis communication. we heard how horrible the service was, just didn’t want to believe it. We had 20 people there to have a great event, sadly they ruined part of that. the food and service ended up being OK. probably won’t be back. As provided in the Screenshot they never told us anything about not sitting together. just a warning for anyone who wanted to enjoy their night out there. The one on NYC is 10/10 though!

Highly recommend! I dined here last night for my 30th birthday and had the best time!! The table was decorated with a cute card that made me feel so special and valued. Logan was our server and did an amazing job. Super attentive and offered great recommendations. The palm-tini he recommended was delicious and when I ordered the steak, the Pinot Noir he recommended with it was perfect. My husband had the wagyu lasagna and loved it. I had the 6oz center cut, medium rare, it was perfectly cooked. We ended dinner with the tiramisu for dessert and it had a cute birthday message as well. Anyone that walked by made a point to say happy birthday, it was very nice. Above and beyond service from Logan!!

I made a reservation for 6pm. We arrived about 530. We were seated immediately I wanted to give my husband a nice birthday dinner. The food was good but the waiter wasn’t very attentive. The night did not feel special for my husband. With me spending over $500 I would have thought they would have brought a cake out for him.

We were sitting on pins and needles the whole dinner wondering if we were going to make our concert on time. The bar menu with happy hour wine selections was on the table when we arrived and we tried to order wine from that list. Waiter was dumbfounded that he didn’t know those wines were available, but said we could only have them at the bar. From there it took 1/2 hour to get our drinks. Waiter said when he brought the wine “I thought they had to pick the grapes”. So dinner wasn’t enjoyable because we were worried we wouldn’t get out in a reasonable timeframe. Barely made it. One of the party had to leave to take leftovers to the parked car while the bill was being paid to trim a few minutes of time.
