  I used ‘The Catch’ app to order my food and per the app it would be ready at 7:58 PM. After arriving at 8:10 PM and the food was still not ready. I was told my food would be out in another 10 minutes, but that turned into another 40 minutes. On top of that, for 15 minutes prior they have been calling a name out ‘Lisa’ to pick up their to-go order, turns out that was my order under the wrong name. Once I arrived home with what I thought was $50+ worth of food I ordered, I realized my entire order was incorrect and the food was extremely salty (even after using condiments, the food was inedible). This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with The Catch, so I’ll just chalk it up to them having a very bad day. Although my experience was unsatisfactory, I can say that when I called back to explain the situation, I was told by one of the managers that they would replace my entire order the next day and apologized for the wait as well as the inconvenience I experienced. All-in-all, the customer service saved my continued patronage to the establishment, as I understand mistakes do happen and everyone deserves grace, especially when you are sincere with the apology.

  I really did like this place because the food is always cooked fresh to order and the pasta is good however , THEY DONT SERVE CATFISH , ITS SWAI & for that I will not be going back , it’s dishonest as it’s not advertised at all , the SWAI is cheaper for a reason so that should be reflected , and honestly the SWAI nasty , thin, and salty .

  My last visit was very disappointing. Food quality has gone down hill. Tasted like all frozen crap.

  I ordered gumbo and the catfish/jumbo shrimp combo with a side of red beans and rice. I had the fish blackened. The fish was good, as was the shrimp. The garlic bread was good, the red beans were excellent. The gumbo was ok, but I've had better. The place was just a bit pricy, $10 for a cup of gumbo.

  Food was tasty! Lots of sauces with lots of flavors. They were out of a few items, but the rest was good. Friendly people running the counter, plenty of parking a few booths,a few tables, small place for seafood/ cajun food.
