- MLMs LeaNov 16, 20252.0I’ve been a loyal customer for years and often recommend this restaurant to others, especially those from Louisiana, because the food has always been consistent. Unfortunately, tonight was not up to that standard. The étouffée was watery and off in both color and texture—nothing like it usually is. My order was also wrong twice; I ordered gumbo and étouffée and received red beans and rice instead, which required me to drive back. When I walked in, the reason was clear. Several young employees were playing around in full view of customers—swinging on doors, joking loudly, and being unprofessional. No one in leadership corrected the behavior. Another customer even asked me what my food looked like, which tells me this wasn’t just my issue. This restaurant is known for good food and solid service. Tonight fell short on both. I’m hoping this was a one-time lapse and not the new norm.

So when I pulled up to the panda express, I happen to see The Catch a couple doors down and thought, "no way! I bet they have fish!" And I was right. First time in the restaurant and the customer service was great! Even though I entered on the wrong side to order, they didn't say anything, just served me with a smile ans welcoming nature. The food was great fairly priced with Great portioning AND veterans, we get a discount, just sound off! My experience was so good I planned a business meeting there yesterday and was possibly more impressed by them the second time around, different employees! I'm locked into The Catch near willowbrook and I will be back again and again! Also there's a nice patio for outdoor dining. I think I'll bring my kids when the weather isnt too cold or rainy then catch a movie after.
