  went in, waited 3 minutes to have order taken because employees were standing around talking… ordered, the girl was rude, and they did not give me my baja blast OR my additional dorito locos taco that i PAID for. genuinely the worst customer service i have EVER received.

  Maybe it was a bad day idk but experience wasn’t great. Spent 5 minutes waiting at drive thru speaker to order, guy taking my order started taking it then told me to hold on. Another 5 minutes later they retook my order. After 15 minutes I finally got my order and got back to work. Fries looked like they were dusted with seasoning and called it a day. My “large” Baja blast was like a medium not even fully filled and the nacho fries were not hot or soft

  They didn’t’ get the order right they gave me 2 mashed potatoes instead of fries and Mac and cheese

  Trash, worst Taco Bell in Houston!! Do not go. Needs to be shutdown. Hazard etc !!!
