Being able to see exactly what’s in each item and customize the order without pressure is a huge plus, and the pricing is very transparent. They also have a well-stocked station for napkins, plasticware, and all the sauces you could want. However, the "vibe" is pretty cold; the staff was quiet and not particularly welcoming. I avoid the drive-thru here because it’s notoriously slow and you’re trapped once you enter the lane. As for the food, I was disappointed with the Soft Taco Supreme. For the extra price, it had a minimal amount of meat and almost no sour cream. Next time, I’ll probably just buy the cheaper regular tacos and dress them up at home where I can actually find the toppings.
