It is rare to see someone take that much pride in their work at a fast food spot, but Joel truly stands out. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, made sure my order was completely accurate, and even double checked to ensure I had everything I needed before I left. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly made. You can tell he cares about quality and customer satisfaction. What impressed me most was his attitude. Even during a busy rush, he stayed calm, positive, and focused. Employees like Joel are the reason customers keep coming back. He represents the brand extremely well and absolutely deserves recognition for his hard work and leadership potential. If anyone from management sees this, Joel is management material. He deserves a promotion.

I had to ask twice. None of the employees seemed happy to be working here. I dont have to spend money here so definitely not appreciating the attitude.
