  Janet's customer experience absolutely made my day. I had a problem with the food I was giving due to allergy reasons and she immediately without question remade that item for me and did it with a smile insanely good customer experience

  The night shift manager Angel was absolutely horrible. I got a Doordash order and my drink and a taco didnt make it to me. The driver stated they only received one drink and the bag appeared sealed, so I drove up to TB because I wanted my items and live only about 13 minutes away. Angel was disgustingly rude, and refused to give me a replacement drink even after showing him the picture from the dasher with only one drink. He yelled and said it wasnt his problem and he wasnt replacing anything as though it comes out of his check. I will never patronize this location again due to his poor attitude, and if this is what Taco Bell deems as manager material I encourage others to look elsewhere if they want to be treated like a valued customer. I also see Angel has been named a few times in negative reviews and it's sad to hear TB doesn't take complaints seriously and continues to choose him to lead. Says a lot about them as a brand- but what more can you expect?

  Very reliable! Been here on multiple nights and the staff (Dominick S. And others) are quick and do the food correctly. Give them a raise cuz its hard to find good workers (look at jack in the crack next door: BUSTED)
