    85% percent of times I visit other taco bell locations, my simple and small orders are incorrect. I wish this was my local Taco Bell location as I would visit more often, they have always gotten my order correct on the first try. Not only that but the food is actually hot! 😊 The restaurant was clean from the dining room to what I saw of the kitchen, and the bathroom very clean and well stocked with toilet paper, seat covers, paper towels, soap & sanitizer and warm water for hand washing. Yes it's just fast food, but the little things make a positive difference as the typical fast food experience is quite bad. Excellent work to the management and crew of this establishment. Thank you for a refreshing experience!!

    I went through the drive through and ordered almost $50 worth of food. I patiently waited almost 10-15 minutes for my food just for the lady at the window to push the food out the window and walk right off. Less than 15 seconds later she returned to the window and fanned me off and said I was holding up her time for the drive through line and she had already checked my food. This is horrible customer service and after spending my hard earned money who are you to tell me that I can’t check my order. Is this the customer service Taco Bell offers? Won’t be back!

    Poor Service, Incorrect Handling of a Legitimate Issue I ordered through the drive-thru and my order consisted of: • 1 Nacho BellGrande with extra beef (paid for) • 1 Beefy 5-Layer Burrito • 1 Large Baja Midnight drink While the Nachos did include the extra beef I paid for, there was little to no cheese—just a few sprinkles. A Nacho BellGrande without cheese is unacceptable, especially when no modifications were requested to remove it. I also waited approximately 7 minutes for my order while the cashier was engaged in casual conversation with a coworker instead of focusing on service efficiency. When I politely brought up the issue and asked her to simply look at the Nachos, I was told: ā€œThat’s the way we prepare all orders. If you want more cheese, you need to go inside and pay for it.ā€ This response was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was not asking for extra cheese—I was pointing out that my order was missing a basic ingredient. She refused to acknowledge the problem or even look at the item and insisted I go inside to pay more. This is a customer service and training failure. When a customer raises a legitimate concern, staff should be trained to listen, verify, and resolve, not deflect responsibility or demand additional payment for a mistake. It’s extremely frustrating to feel like my money and business are not being taken seriously. If this is how customers are routinely treated when orders are incorrect, that’s a serious issue. Taco Bell needs to do better. Better training, better accountability, and better customer service are clearly needed at this location.
