  Its ridiculous. Currently waiting to pay for my food in cash for 20 minutes. And the only person who has helped me is a a high school girl. They dont even have a cash drawer in the front . Everyone is ignoring u even when ur standing there waiting for someone to help you. Trash customer service

  Great staff..quick bite ..broke a chair on accident not bc I'm fat..I may be chubby and cute as heck but tripped over it...all good. Food was great and made the way TACO BELL really shows they know! Good Job Team..I didn't see the bell...oh the place was clean..importanti( idk how to spell it) but thanks again 💯

  Food is never right, got literal bits of chicken for the chicken nuggets. People are alright, nice enough at the drive thru. Parking is a nightmare but that’s not their fault. Worth the drive to another location.

  I ate food from location recently and was beyond frustrated with the quality of my food. I ordered a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito and a Crunchwrap Supreme Combo, but I ended up having to throw away about 90% of my meal. The food was covered in and filled with large, black, charred debris—clearly carbon buildup or burnt scraps from a grill that hasn't been cleaned. Finding bitter, burnt chunks throughout your meal is disgusting and a major health concern. I’m incredibly dissatisfied with the lack of care here. Advice to others: Check your food before you leave the window or the store. This was unacceptable.
