I don't know why I keep trying this one, there is Never any meat in any of their tacos. Tacos were mostly lettuce and still hardly filled. I won't make this mistake again.

My husband and I dined in. I ordered 3 regular tacos and was given 3 Doritos tacos. I went to the front to let them know and the white guy with wavy blonde hair says, can you bring me all the tacos? He just wanted to throw them away. That’s terrible customer service.

It's Taco Bell. I wasn't expecting gourmet cuisine. I was here late morning on a Sunday. I ordered their $9 box special. The food was okay, even by Taco Bell standards. And a trend I've noticed lately that I'm not real fond of is the limited number of sauce packets they will give you, even if you request more. Further evidence of shrinkflation, I suppose. It's sad.

I'm completely baffled by my interaction today honestly. I ordered a Supreme Luxe Box through the drive-thru, got charged $8.88 which is what I usually would pay as I order it with the Dorito Loco Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a Large drink, and once I paid, the guy at the window gave me my food and drink, but gave me a Medium (which, let's be honest, thats definitely not what a Medium should look like). Now I don't have a problem with him because as a fellow food service worker, I can't harbor hate towards him, but to the manager I need you to explain yourself because when I asked him why it was a Medium when I ordered a Large, he informed me that the manager said he wasnt allowed to give large drinks with ANY of the box combos except for the Discovery one, which is funny because you most definitely can order the drink Large on Doordash and the Tacobell app. I wasn't in the mood to make it a bigger issue nor argue with him so I just left it at that but you should be ashamed of yourself telling your employees something that stupid.
