  I wish there was an option for NO STAR! I don't even like you'll tacos. Got a free gift card and said I will use it. When I placed my order- the cashier 'Ceasia ' according to my receipt asked me if I wanted sauce "ranch and another " I asked if I could have one of each. Went to window, I told her I was using a gift card that only had $5 , then it was a whole thing about I can't use my debit card to pay the balance (she was very rude about it) but I ignored her because my kids were in the back seat. Luckily, I had cash on me. Home girl tendered my order and slam that window so hard even my kids asked me why was she so mad!! Then she came back "did you want sauce? I told her I thought she said I could get one of each. Then that was another thing , she attempted to hand me my order and held it back just to argue with me. If she weren't so hung on my payment method and her nasty attitude, she would remember she told me I could have one of each. When she realize my face and I asked her are you refusing to give me my order for which I paid , she might always threw the bag at me. Got home and there was still no sauce, I am not even mad. 🤣 I can only pray that you are ok, cause there might be something deeply going on.

  Eating 5 layers here was a terrible experience. Came in around 7pm for 3, 5 layer burritos for my cheat meal. This is my go to and I always have to take the last one home. Least to say there was 1/2 of the normal ingredients and there was so much tortilla. I ate the first was and almost choked on how much shell there was. extremely unsatisfied. I asked for just a little more ingredients or a remake for my other two and they said no. At this point im very hungry so I ate the second one. By the last one I wasnt full AT ALL. I looked at it and asked myself of it was worth the $5.08 and it absolutely was not. I was not happy. Moral of the story if you dont like something, immediately ask for a refund. I wont be getting my cheat meals here anymore since taco bell wants to take out all of their ingredients. Sorry for the long winded review. Hope this helps someone.

  I just went here today for a late lunch because I was fiending Taco Bell. The restaurant is very clean with a very nice and contemporary vibe. I ordered at the high speed, low drag kiosk and paid. The food came out fast. It was delicious and fresh. A very friendly young Vietnamese brother, Davis/Khoa helped me the whole time. He was very happy and friendly. We spoke some Vietnamese to each other. Mr Davis was very hard working, cleaning the lobby, calling guests for their food and giving us refills, all with a big smile and awesome attitude. The only reason I gave 4 stars is, three tacos supreme and a beef burrito supreme and medium drink was $18.xx. Taco Bell ain't cheap anymore, but I will continue to go when I get a craving.

  I asked for my takeout order and they gave it to me incorrectly. I went back and explained to them that my order was wrong and their attitude was so rude. I understand that working at night doesn’t make them happy, but there should be a manager to avoid these inconveniences.
