Usually when ai messes up people inside are suppose to help but I simply had to get what ai kept picking which was not even close to what I wanted to order when I pulled up to the front the black lady was laughing and I asked her do you guys not take order anymore she said we do only if ai messes up . I said yes I was struggling and she laughed. I had to tell her to change the whole order to what I exactly wanted . I did not like how people who work there simply stand and watch the Costomers struggle . This is not exceptable I will do my best to reach out to the owner also. It’s not me a lot of people come here and struggle and the staff simply watch them struggling and laugh at them very bad service.

I was placing my own order on the screen and couldn’t find the new pablano burrito and the lady got visibly annoyed that I didn’t know it was a “rolled quesadilla” and not a burrito. Then got annoyed again cause I couldn’t find the mt dew on the screen and only Baja. Reason I couldn’t find it was because it wasn’t even on there apparently I had to just ring up Baja.🤷♂️ How am I supposed to know this stuff?? Then the last straw… after I selected to “Dine in” they brought my food out in the bag. So I asked them if I could get a tray to dine in… and she rolled her eyes and said “O my lord” out loud… as I was only trying to keep their tables cleaned while I ate.🤷♂️ These attitudes are getting out of control!!!🤦♂️ Teach your employees to have some dang respect for your customers who are doing their job for them!🙏 Got to do better Taco Bell. Btw I’m not sure what her name was, but she’s the plus sized black lady in there today. The other lady was a Hispanic woman, I had no conversation with that lady.
