When we got the food, you can tell they made it angry, sour cream was all over the paper wrapper and chicken all inside the back. I try to reach out to Taco Bell corporate twice but no answer.

When I asked if I could pull forward no response was given, I just pulled forward with no response. Waited 30 minutes total to get the food only for some of it to be cold and then for a hair to be in one of the tacos. More training is required for employees because clearly they were not trained enough and hair nets should be provided and forced to wear.

But I'm really disappointed in the staff. July 14th at 10:45am, I picked up my mobile order, and the younger lady at the drive thru / register stood there on her phone, seemingly hiding behind the wall. I was there for about 30 seconds until I noticed her and asked, "Hello?" I only saw one other girl, but she was in the kitchen, so she couldve been preparing orders. No one was currently in the lobby, other than myself, or the drive thru. I had to get her attention because my drinks were at the mobile order stand but not the food. I thanked her, but I was given silent treatment as she went right back to the drive thru window area. I try to be positive even when others aren't, but working in customer service myself, that whole interaction was disrespectful. I think the only time she spoke was when I said hello, in which she either replied "yeah" or "what". I couldn't tell because she spoke so low. Just not impressed with my first visit
