I go to this Taco Bell a lot, Like a lot a lot. The morning crew always gets my food, right but they’re very Straight to the point - The afternoon crew- Messes up my food every time, Cold, Old, wack porportions - late night crew - my fav, Always attentive, Most of the time they make sure my food is correct Hot and fresh Sometimes they fall short, depending on the staff, but I have very few complaints. What really got me to write this review, Was watching The manager, i’m pretty sure his name is Luis, Reprimand his employees Without a care in the world of who was around, Not my business, But after having not too many pleasant interactions with him myself, I figured it was worth mentioning. Every time I’ve ever Had to interact with him given usually an issue with my food ( I do a lot of modifications so I don’t really fault anybody too bad, The issue is more with his attitude) He’s very quick to shut people down and make it seem as if you are the root of the problem ( Must’ve ordered incorrectly, ect ) Very skimpy with sauces, Drink holders, ect. The food is mid, it’s Taco Bell. You can’t expect too much, & at the end of the day, It’s Taco Bell you can’t Expect too much out of the service either, But that really rubbed me the wrong way.

Ordered via Uber Eats and this is not an uber issue… this is Taco Bell issue. Not only was my food severely cold, the nacho fries were also INEDIBLE. like I’m talking burnt, over cooked, stale and disgusting to even look at. Being pregnant I was craving that specific item and the entire meal is now worthless. Absolutely abhorrent and disgusting, this place needs OSHA to step in bc if they let food out like this I can only imagine how it looks in the kitchen

Customer service is poor here. I recommend they all go through training again or hire better people. If you dislike your job and life do something positive about it but don’t come to work with a condescending, passive aggressive attitude towards customers that have nothing to do with your internal baggage. You’re giving this establishment, a bad look and reputation from the looks of other reviews as well. It affects everything including the food quality. Do better.

Since we pulled up to the Drive Thru the cashier seemed to have an attitude. Not focused or can’t hear, maybe the headset doesn’t work, but I doubt it. My husband clearly said we wanted to check in, she responded with an attitude. Throughout the whole order she was incompetent. Like she couldn’t understand what we were saying. It’s English, we’re speaking English with no accent, how can you not understand. I wanted to use my 10% off reward and she showed it on the ordering screen that it was redeemed. Pull up to the window to pay. Waited several minutes for my food. Gave us the drinks, no straws. We got the food, luckily I checked the bag before fully driving off, missing a taco, reversed asked for the taco. Got it all unwrapped and broken. No problem. With her ugly attitude and bad energy I was already thrown off I forgot to ask for my straws. I try to be understanding I know working at fast food can be stressful but she needs proper training or to be removed from drive thru. Let me make it clear, I was not ugly towards her nor was my husband, we were patient and amicable. So boom, we get home ready to eat, spent over $40, food wasn’t fairly portioned compared to the price we’re paying. What the heck is this. Anyway we take our loss, eat our overpriced sad food, and the receipt, the receipt is at the bottom of the bag, I grab it to scan for points in another app, I check that my 10% was removed. I called them to let them know how the cashier was not focused, mentioned all of these issues and maybe she needs to be removed from the drive thru position. I know it was her that answered the phone, she insisted it was somebody else, lol, I let her know all of this I’m writing in my review, no apology just a hm, and more nonchalant attitude. Focus Shelly, focus.
