- INIboo NjaayDec 21, 20251.0Taco Bell is a real disgrace to fast food. The food is inedible, cold, poorly assembled, and gives the impression of being thrown into the bag without any respect. Orders are almost always wrong, and the staff is slow, disorganized, and completely indifferent to customers. The restaurant is dirty, the tables are sticky, and the restrooms are disgusting. Paying for such poor quality is a complete rip-off. I will never set foot in here again and strongly advise anyone else not to either.
- LALanden AshmoreDec 15, 20251.0After flying into town and getting to the drive-thru around 1-30ish we get to the speaker and tell the worker we were there for a online pickup, once we got to the window we were told to come back around in 2 minutes and was perfectly okay with that, as we waited and checked up to see if we needed to come around the worker does a motion to come around, which we do, when we got to the window the worker decided to toss the food into my mothers hand and almost falls onto the ground, then proceeds slams the window closed. As we looked at each other trying to figure out if this girl had a issue, we hear her laughing with her co-worker and start singing a song, not sure if she had it out for us or just wanted to act like a early 2000s sitcom but it’s pretty disrespectful to be acting like that over a meal…
