  Firstly, the floor is insanely slippery. It’s like they used the same mop to mop up oil and then brought it to the lobby; I almost lost my life slipping on the floor. It also smells like a sweaty pubescent boy—not a hint of food smell wafting in the air. Secondly, the staff is extraordinarily unprofessional—bordering blatantly rude. I’m not sure when Taco Bell stopped accepting orders at the counter, but having to spend three times the energy to use their kiosks that haven’t been wiped down is obnoxious—at the very least. Lastly, the food is taking an excessive amount of time. I’ve been waiting for almost ten minutes for $15 worth of food—$3 worth being avocado ranch. Lol 0/10 would not recommend this location; I shall’n’t be returning.

  No good parking lot. Really bad the employees on the front desk . You have to use the screen to order. Looks like a futuristic business but in one of the lowest and ugliest part of the city. Like Mad Max movie........ Never came to this location. The guy at the parking doing piii next to the car it's 4:15 pm.🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨 Really???????. And Houston wants to have The FIFA ?????!!? With all this ??????

  The Cheesy Gordita Crunch is a religious experience that justifies my existence, & the Baja Blast tastes like liquid neon joy! However, there’s a recurring mystery: the restrooms are apparently more exclusive than a VIP lounge at the Oscars! Every visit features a new, creative excuse for why I can't enter! Is there a dragon guarding the stalls? A secret society meeting? I’m here for a Fire-sauce-fueled adventure, but my bladder is playing a high-stakes game of "The Floor is Lava." ~JLRandall♉~

  The food and atmosphere was alright. Nothing too special. Nice vegetarian options though. The price increase of the food is the only thing keeping me from giving the place 5 stars.

  Usually come here during my lunch break from UH. Normally, it’s okay. Placed an order in the app & when I pulled in the drive thru they told me it wasn’t ready and made me go to the back of the line because they were on a “timer”. When I got my food it was cold (doesn’t make sense if they had to apparently freshly make it), taco was thrown upside down in the bag and spilled everywhere. Will be going somewhere else on my lunch break from now on.
