They always do a terrible job. Last time I was there on Loetta, I brought my Crunchwrap back to the counter because I didn't see any meat on it. The worker pointed to a tiny piece of ground meat that I didn't see because it was mostly hidden under a piece of lettuce. She was completely satisfied that they had done a good job...
