  Probably the best subway in the medical center area. Always fast and polite. I always have time to get my lunch, relax and eat my food.

  Terrible customer service. The employee checked out a customer and preceded to make another sandwich for what I presume to be her mate who was sitting in the lobby area without acknowledging there were customers in line waiting. After making the sandwich for him she went to the back and didn't come back out. Another employee comes out to make our sandwich and already waiting, I was not paying much attention so he just stood there instead of asking "how may I help you?". It felt as if myself and other customers were an inconvenience to him. I initially wanted a 6 inch but realized I would like a foot long. This was obviously a problem I caused him. He took the meat off my 6 inch put the bread back in the container and pulled out a foot long bread before asking me if I wanted to change the bread I had. Not to mention replacing contaminated bread back in the bread holder. He proceeds to make my sandwich but a customer asks him for a refill on the lids for the cups. There were no more lids, limited bread selecting at rush hour work traffic, and no supply of chip selections. Furthermore, he goes to the back to look for lids and I see him scratch his face and wipe his hands on the back of his pants before coming back to attempt to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. Disgusting! Feed up with the horrible service I decided to take my business elsewhere.
