- MCMatt CFeb 11, 20261.0I ordered two foot-long‘s for myself and got called fat for doing so bye Maria and whenever I tried to scan the code for a free cookie it said send them a review to get a free cookie and I sent a review. I showed her that I sent a review and she said that what I did was not valid and that they will not uphold their part of the deal even though I showed her my receipts for sending the review I’m sorry horrible service.

I can not even blame the obviously overworked and underpaid sub artist but I do blame the management of the location for understaffing their store. Why is one person working the dinner and closing shift? That's unsafe and setting that worker to experience failure w timeliness and quality.

For online orders they don’t give me the food I paid for until they have served ALL customers in line even if they have more than one worker working at the same time. They have also left out items in online orders
