  I will never be coming back to this location ever again. The Afro Latina girl with light brown hair has a major attitude problem. She doesn’t need to be working if she can’t shake back from small mistakes. I think her employee ID was 7055. Yesterday night around 7:30pm , my mom , brother , and I were getting sandwiches made. My brother’s sandwich was fine. My sandwich would have been fine but she mistaken me saying yellow mustard. When I actually said honey mustard. My issue wasn’t the mistake.She misheard me and accidents happen all the time. My issue was her attitude. I told her nicely and wasn’t even rude! She looked at me with irritation , walked to the corner and started to woosha right in front of us… My mother asked the young man who was making her sandwich if the young lady was okay. He didn’t speak English so he was confused. He was also being VERY stingy with the toppings on her sandwich. And he’s had to KEEP asking him to add more. Just for him to add a pinch. The young lady came back and then tried to scoop off the toppings. But it was visibly still yellow mustard on it. I asked AS STATED BEFORE , NICELY, if she could remake it. But she ignored me and bagged it up anyway. Then tried to charge me for it. I had to repeat myself STILL NICELY , but in a firm tone to let her know that I didn’t want the sandwich and wanted it remade correctly. I also politely told her that i wanted the young man to make my sandwich and not her. Due to her seeing so upset about remaking the sandwich. My brother paid for his sandwich and my mom’s was already being made. The young lady could’ve served the next few guests in line. Yet she still proceeded to try to remake my sandwich after being asked not to. She asked me what bread I wanted with an attitude and then slammed the bread on the counter! My mom asked her if it was problem , and told her that she was being rude. The young lady ignored her and walked to the back. Me and my mother left and got our sandwiches from a different subway. I called this location multiple times today to speak to a manager. But the phone just rang with no answer. I love subway and I come to this location often. I now won’t anymore because this experience put a BAD taste in my mouth…

  I got two sandwiches, and found plastic in one of the sandwiches and tuna in my other one when I ordered a turkey sandwich. I have severe seafood allergies and ended up having a bad reaction. I am seriously considering taking legal action against this location, as BOTH of my sandwiches were found to be in violation of health and food codes after i deliberately told the person behind the counter that I couldn’t cross contaminate my food because of allergies and I was served it anyway.
