- DNDavid NeidlingerJan 29, 20261.0Yep they are, I ordered online and happened to get there before it was finished seeing them adding a sauce I did not want told them I unchecked that in the app add chose an other the manager Reyna told me it comes with that I said I am checked it can't you just make me another one she said no and so did he so I was forced to take it cuz I already paid for it online horrible customer service and Her being the manager I thought she would be able to fix well she's just unhospitable as he was. So they either own that franchise or they don't care about their jobs
