Three times my order was made to their best knowledge, I'm guessing, and not how I said. First time I didn't want it toasted, she toasted it. Second, I wanted ranch, she apparently heard parmesan cheese....? And this last time I didn't even choose a meat yet but she somehow heard me say tuna. I didn't make a fuss, I love tuna.
