    I came in at 4pm today, place was empty, i went to the front with my mom to just order two foot longs, lady acknowledged us but when we mentioned what we wanted, she went to just do something else while having us face to face. It was really disrespectful because she had looked at us and asked us what we wanted then proceeded to label something with sharpie then went on to look confused with herself. Her attitude was also not so very good, no energy, she looked like she didn’t want to be there and could verily muster some charisma when we weren’t even making it difficult. Even though she did give us the wrong sandwich which had the same ingredients but was missing avocado from the promo of protein. Also there was an old man stacking chips next to me while ordering and my mom had noticed that he was looking at me inappropriately which is in addition to this experience. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it was honestly a tip of an ice berg when there was nobody other than me and my mom there to create such an uneasy atmosphere (should have badges with their names too)

    I’ve been to this location 4 times and I will never be going back. The staff is agonizingly slow and communicating with them is impossible. Consistently the worst subway location I’ve been too.

    Terrible customer service and slow!! So slow. Don’t waste your time here. Literally. Go to another subway up the street.

    Terrible. Both ladies here do not know any English. They move so slow. They service someone for 15 min while there’s more people just coming in. Ridiculous! They need help and to have someone that speaks English.

    I went in the other day to get two sandwiches they made them very light on everting. Got snippy when ask for more veggies. Time to pay. I type my phone number in and they said 7 dollars I was like no use my free sub. She turned the screen I showed her free sub on my reward then told her to use the 8 sub cash. The receipt printed out and she was like no you cause our feee sub coupon you owe 7 dollars I am like yes you can use it at the store I showed her in subway wrbsite. She claim only good for during certain time so she took my food and refuse to give me my respect. I was able to take a of it fair away. Waiting for manager to get in so I can file a formal complaint. Went down the street to the other one and they had no issue using my other free sub that I earned. So is this person stilling moeny or mad I had 10 sub dollars and 5 free sandwich. After I talk to the manager I will be filing a theft of device with SO
