I asked if they could substitute turkey ham instead, but the employee firmly said “no,” and told me the only option was to add more salami. I found her attitude extremely unfriendly. What made it worse is that I had just seen a man in front of me get a substitution with a different item, so her service felt unfair. She said she was the manager. Since I live in this neighborhood, I often come here, but her rude attitude made me so upset that I decided to go to another location just 5 minutes away. I would have been happy to pay extra, and it’s unreasonable to treat customers this way when it was their store that ran out of stock today. This wasn’t just one incident — her unkind behavior has happened more than once. This manager is a serious problem at this location.
