I ordered a 6 inch ultimate BMT with extra tomato and extra pickles light mayo and mustard vinegar and oil salt and pepper. The lady only put 3 pickle chips and 2 tomato ends no mayo no mustard and so much salt I couldn't eat the sandwich the only thing I could eat were the lay's chips

I ordered via the app. The food tasted fine. However, I watched the gentleman make my sub. Per the order, he omitted my cucumbers and extra red vinegar. I somewhat understand case if they were out. But the very least inform the customer. Don’t simply omit an item. I watched him as he is reading and assembling, assembling and reading, reading and assembling. And finally, something I do for EVERY footlong order I make: in person, pre-Subway app, and post app…I’ll write in the instructions portion 10 times: LEAVE WHOLE—Do NOT CUT. 10x I will write this. He’s reading the order as he grabs the sub to…You guessed it…Begin to cut it in half. I halted him before he cut it through.
