- SBSelma BarreraDec 15, 20251.0I went in tonight to get a sandwich after a long day at hospital with my husband who has been there for 3 days. As we got to the veggies, I notice the lettuce is GROSS and mushy wet. I tell the lady making it and she just shrugged and said that’s what is there! I told her can you give me better lettuce and she just shoved her hand and grabbed what was there. It really makes me angry because I AM PAYING FOR MY FOOD, it’s not free. She could have been a little more courteous. I will never go there again!
- MOMelissa OsborneDec 2, 20251.0if i could leave 0 stars i would. the worker was rude and spoke about me bad in Spanish to the manager. when i responded in Spanish asking what she was saying, she proceeded to pretend she didn’t know what i was talking about. the sandwich was cold and i asked to have it heated , she tells me it’s not cold and when i say yes it is and had a piece of the cold meat still i. my hand, the manager was condescending and said ok ok , she then allowed the worker to talk very rudely about me in Spanish. not realizing i understood. worst service ever. while i was there another black presenting persons was told his food was given to someone else and was rude to him and told him he could not have it replaced. From the previous review i see it may be more of a racism thing. Black people should not eat here, especially if you don’t know Spanish. they will degrade you in your face. I didn’t even want to go back to have the sandwich rewarmed. also when i first came in i asked for a restroom and was told no restroom, only to ask the manger and she said there was . She is definitely racist!!!

Then some man, I presume the manager, chewed her out, took all the meat off my sandwich, then reassembled it with less meat than is standard for Subway. It was kind of comical. But yeah, this is a bad subway...
