  Come here to eat but cannot use the restroom because somebody is supposedly close the key. I guess they don't have a spare one

  Not a great experience. Came here at 11:30am Saturday 1/3/26. Our server was an older lady that could only speak Spanish and no English. So ordering was a guessing game. She would point to ingredients and ask in Spanish if I wanted it, and I would say yes thinking it was something else. And my daughter is allergic to milk and eggs and she didn't understand, making her nervous to eat it. Only an estimated 38% of Houstonians speak Spanish, so 62% of her customers will be frustrated. That said, the ingredients were fresh and delicious.

  Guadalupe Patiño helped us prepare our sandwiches today and did an amazing job! Her service was fast, friendly, and very professional. Even though she was working all by herself, she handled all the customers quickly and with a great attitude. Excellent service! If you’re nearby and want fast service, Ms. Lupe can have you served in just 3–4 minutes.

  Can’t go here for lunch anymore. Baby girl upfront can’t do basic math which led to her overcharging me. I asked for the $4.99 sub of the day and she said the bill came to $6.59. When I asked her how… she shrugged and stated “I don’t know, taxes?” Then laughed as she took my money. I politely asked for a refund and will not be visiting a store where the cashier doesn’t know basic math. The veggies were old and brown anyway. No, she did not try to remedy the situation.
