- HSHazel sunderstood4 days ago5.0This place is close to my work and it’s always clean, the floors, the tables, the drink machines, the restrooms. Busy or slow everyone here is amazing, there’s a young boss woman who makes it all possible. BUT even when she’s not around- the whole team pulls thru. The short guy in the evening is always professional and fast acting. I love this place. Have seen some rude customers yet they always have a smile. THIS is my lunch place for LIFE

- AKAsh KashNov 12, 20252.0I love Subway - but I asked for a 6” flatbread and was told the cost was about $6. They said they don’t have flatbread so they use the tortilla. The man proceeded to make the sandwich and when it came time to pay (without any drink or chips or cookies) he said it was $9.89!!! I said “where on the menu is the wraps listed and at that price”. Neither employee could show me on the menu and said “the wraps aren’t listed”. I say, “Okay, so how are you charging me” - the lady says “it’s for 6” flatbread” - I’m saying “then it should only be the price of the flatbread at about $6” Anyways - charging customers a price for an item that’s not even on the menu and refusing to adjust the price to what was originally ordered is crazy If you don’t have flatbread - then whatever you use to replace that missing inventory shouldn’t be on my dime
