So I paid for extra protein on the subway app and requested that the order I get extra protein for pepperoni and not turkey. This is the only spot that doesn’t do it. I didn’t ask for double meat for both turkey and pepperoni literally on my order request said “double protein for pepperoni not turkey” I even put it in Spanish so there wouldn’t be a mixup and they have the nerve to say I didn’t pay for it. I DID! Do not order from here these guys are stingy can’t do basic requests.

I ordered online from this Subway, and honestly this location is a mess. They were out of almost everything I selected, but I went ahead and ordered a sandwich with what was supposedly available. When I arrived, the two boys working there told me they didn’t have the bread I picked and also couldn’t give me a refund because the manager wouldn’t be in until tomorrow.
My daughter and I were starving, so I told him to just make it with whatever bread they did have. I also said I would be speaking to the manager. Suddenly he “found” the exact bread I originally ordered way in the back. I truly feel like he was saving it for himself.
Same thing with the chips I was told they were out, but somehow one bag appeared from the back after I asked again. This location is always out of items and it’s dirty on top of that.
The worst part: after I sat down to eat with my daughter, the employee literally stood hidden by the wall and stared at me. I even asked him what he was looking at, and he just kept staring. It was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up eating in the car because of how creepy the whole situation felt.

Went there one morning to pick up lunch parked along curb as there was another car parked there right in front of the door. The sandwich artist said I cannot serve you if you don’t move your car because it will get towed. I said what about the car in front of the door? She said oh that’s the managers car. I said why does that car get to park there? Because they can was the response. I said isn’t it illegal? Like for safety reasons? They said I dunno but you can’t park there. She continued to take my order. This was over three months ago. Why is the car still parking at the front door when there are plenty of other spots? This is a bad example of a manager…. Plus why does this location always close earlier?
