My husband and I went to buy subway today October 3,2025 around 8:00 pm in drive thru and we ordered our sandwich with a guy and I guess it was a chicana old lady like in her late 40s or her 50s and she’s the one that made the sandwich wrong we got home and noticed she put ranch and bacon which I didn’t ask for I’m allergic to ranch. We went back and she started saying that that is what we ordered and kept going back and fourth with us. Then the guy who actually took our order told her that yes it didn’t come with bacon or ranch and all she said was oh after going back and fourth with my husband and having the worst customer service. I think she is the manager if I’m not mistaking she had her daughter there in the back with her while she’s working. After the guy basically told her that no it wasn’t suppose to come with ranch and bacon she just said oh and grabbed the sandwich from my husband and threw it away with an Attitude. I don’t appreciate her attitude. I will not be coming here again. If she can’t do her job right cause she’s watching her daughter there then maybe she shouldn’t be working there. Or find a baby sitter. Simple. If it wasn’t for that guy literally telling her she got it wrong she would of just kept going back and fourth with my husband.
