- KSKori Seiwell3 days ago1.0the younger woman who makes the sandwiches has served me and my friends multiple times and we frequently talk about how comically bad at making sandwiches is. the most recent example today i had asked for pickles she then grabbed a whole handful of pickles picked 5 individual pickles out and placed it on my foot long. every single time i come here she does this so today i asked for more pickles to which she made a nasty face and then picked up TWO pickles and placed them in the exact same spot. she then asked if that was good and i said no but she moved on anyway and finished my sandwich. genuinely do not have the time to list every single mistake this lady has made towards me and my friends who shop here but after the service today and the clear disregard for what a customer wants i’m just going to the subway down the street. also she’s rude. every other person who works there that i’ve spoken to was very kind but i have never seen any of them besides a nice older woman actually make a sandwich…

- STSam TuckerOct 15, 20251.0If there was a way I can rate it a zero I would. I ordered via app and showed up in person around 10 a.m. CST. I told the person working that I was there for a mobile order. She then told me that the order had not gone through her system yet. No problem, I checked the app and noticed I had accidentally placed the order for 11 a.m. So I asked if she could give me a moment while I cancel in app. Long story short I was unable to cancel in app so I asked her if there was a way I could order another sandwich. At this point she started flying off the handle and told me that she had tried to explain and I wasn’t listening. I was like ma’am can I please just place another order for a sandwich? She took her gloves off and walked to the back and made it clear that she would not serve me. I tried to speak to a manager but she was the manager on staff. To be yelled at and harassed by management of all people is absolutely embarrassing and I still haven’t received a refund or a sandwich.
