- CRChardonnay Richards3 days ago5.0This evening I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches through the app, one for my husband and one for me. My husband ordered a meatball marinara sub, and it was not right at all. There was no sauce on the sub at all. It doesn’t look like there was any cheese on it either. When we called the store to see if we could bring it back for him to make a new one, the associate stated he would not be making a new one and to contact his manager tomorrow. He said the reason the meatball sub has less sauce is because he had to ration it out for the people after us because he was low on sauce. His sandwich damn near looked dry, just meatballs. When we explained that it is isn’t right for him to have no sauce when that’s what we ordered, he stated he isn’t the manager and he would NOT be making a new one. The customer service my husband received on that phone was terrible.

Edwin greeted me as soon as I entered… I was a bit indecisive he remained patient and helped me with my decision and made me the most awesome sandwich ever and can’t wait to eat it!!
