The store manager who was present on Monday, October 20th, at 2 PM, should be fired. The role of manager is too big for her. She provides terrible service and is rude to customers and her staff. She's an ogre, terrible, terribly bad service . The owners of this store should do something about it.

Las dos personas qué están enfrente muy amables, pero tuvimos una experiencia horrible con la mánager no me quizo brindar su nombre pero cómo manager da mucho qué desear, dejo solos a las personas dél frente en una situación qué a ella le correspondia afrontar, la llame a y me dijo “estába muy ocupada haciendo la lista” esa fue una excusa para no ejercer su trabajo, mencionó que las dos personas que estaban al frente no estaban haciendo su trabajo y como consumidora ellos estaban haciendo excelente trabajo era ella la que no está haciendo su trabajo correctamente, debería ser despedida, muy grosera terriblemente asquerosa su actitud.
