    The lady forgot to add cheese to my sandwich and got an attitude when I asked for cheese. She seemed to not want to add stuff to the sandwich and when I asked for salt and pepper she put a tiny amount in the middle of the Sandwich only. My stuff was thrown and push down on the bread like she had some anger and I don’t understand why. I preferred a sandwich with eggs and chicken and they were making remarks and making fun of me for that.

    I’ve been going to this Subway for the past 5 years. Anytime there’s a special, I have my firm buy several. I honestly take advantage of the buy-one-get-one-free or half-off deals almost every week. I eat a 6-inch sub every day I’m in the office, and the staff knows me by now — they recognize me as soon as I walk in to grab my to-go order. That said, I’ve had two ongoing issues: 1. The app is unreliable. One time, it locked me out for months saying I ordered too much from the store — which is just wild. Today, the MVP access didn’t work at all. So I went to the store to talk to the manager. 2. The manager, Sadru (I think that’s how you spell it), didn’t help. He knows me and usually greets me. But when I explained the app issue, he just said, “That looks like a technical problem,” and walked to the back for his break. No offer to help, no override, nothing — even though I’m a loyal customer. I walk 7 blocks to get to this store, and it feels like my loyalty doesn’t matter. The app is great when it works, but when it doesn’t, there’s no support. Honestly considering not coming back.

    Subway may have improved its quality a bit over the last 20 years. This location is convenient, recently renovated, I believe will start slicing their meats like Jersey Mikes soon, and the price is right. Subway also now has a reward program. I will be returning.

    Terrible staff. I gave them a few chances. Constantly chatting amongst themselves not paying attention to what you're saying. Ordered whole wheat bread, got white, on a couple of occasions. Last time, I unwrapped the sandwhich to find a bunch of hair... I almost threw up. Today I walked by to see the location completely empty, while all other spots had huge lines. Replace the staff, or close down the location!
