    The employees said they couldn't find my online order, even after confirming that I placed my order at the correct location. They then said that they couldn't make my food for me, even though my receipt showed that I already paid for it, and they they couldn't refund my money either. Essentially they just shrugged their shoulders and said "oh well, sorry.". I left without my food or my money and the employees offered no solutions.

    Visited today to order 3 footlongs for my family. The lady working the counter was an absolute joke. Rude and clueless. How can you be rude when you don’t even speak English ??? Rolled her eyes at me and did a smirk because she wasn’t understanding what type of bread I wanted. I let that go after I asked her if she’s okay. Then I tell her I wanted the 5 meat Italian… she then proceeds to ask me what type of meats I want like it’s not already described on the menu ?? She was rude, clueless, and laughed in my face. I didn’t even want her touching my food. Let her know she doesn’t know how to do her job let alone speak basic English. You work at a chain restaurant and don’t even know basic menu items or how to speak to guests. Unacceptable.. I can see why this location has absolutely no business.
