    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Sonic location tonight. I placed my order with an estimated ready time of 11:14 PM. By 11:30 PM, I still had not received it. While waiting, I could clearly see through the door that my order was already prepared and sitting inside. Instead of bringing orders out to customers, multiple employees were focused on cleaning and beginning closing procedures. I understand that closing tasks need to be completed, but they should not take priority over customers who have already placed and paid for their food. It was frustrating to watch my order sit there while floors were being washed. I eventually walked up to the door to ask about my order. It was brought out about a minute after I said something, which makes it clear that it had simply been neglected. Unfortunately, by that point, the food was cold and the quality had suffered. I also tipped for this order, and I regret doing so given the level of service. The employee who brought the food out seemed overwhelmed, which suggests there may be staffing or management issues contributing to this problem. Regardless, customers should not have to monitor their own orders to receive timely service. This was not a matter of impatience. It was a matter of priorities. Cleaning should never come before serving customers who are still being actively charged and given pickup times. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

    Ordered a coney combo with chili cheese fries and and extra order of chili cheese tots. The person asked if we wanted the tots instead of the fries for the combo we said no. They gave us the combo with chili cheese tots and plain fries. We pressed the service button and they asked for the fries back. Thats weird I've never had a place ask for the food back, if they messed up and we didnt get a reciept.

    Half of the ordering spot are out of service and on top of that their card readers are not working. I tried to use a brand new gift card and was told to use another card. Wasn’t able to get my order due to the malfunctioning card reader. Screw me i guess

    Everyone is always nice and gets my order correct which should be a must, but is very difficult now a days. Food is always yummy and late night runs are the best! The staff also helps when I tell them I want a very chocolatey sonic blast, it’s delicious😌
