It toke waay too long to get my food on my lunch break to go bacc to the restaurant 😒to get new one. I literally can't believe this experience. The guy also acting like I was bothering him while he was make sure my order was right wit my coupon while he rolling round on his skates at the window.

Every time I come (which i frequent sonic at least 3 times a week for a dirty dr pepper) i order ahead on the app. 2 drinks. Been sitting here for 10 min now. They complete the order as soon as you check so they're definitely cheating whatever metrics they go by. (I was a GM for a restaurant for 12 years) . The stalls are literally all empty. I really want to know why it takes this long for 2 drinks. Last time I came it was 20 MINUTES for a drink. Insanity. I could go in there and make it myself faster than this
